“I joined Coach StephB Fitfab Workouts and Ballet BeFit class because I was looking to increase flexibility and muscle as well as have a cardio workout which wouldn’t leave me wiped out for days. The classes have so far helped me to reach and I now love the squats which I can do better than I ever have.
Since starting joining the classes I noticed that I pay a lot more attention to my posture and overall exercise technique which pays off a lot more. I am sleeping better and have increased levels of energy. The nutrition support has made it easy to adopt a healthy lifestyle without feeling overwhelmed.
I like that Steph is super motivating without being an exercise bully or a drill sergeant in the way she teaches; she is also really good at anticipating what we might be doing wrong in terms of movement and posture and draws our attention to this so we can correct things during the exercise. Even if she can’t see everyone because most of us prefer to have our camera off she has a good idea about the mistakes we are probably making and that is a real skill and added value compared to a lot of workouts you can find online.
