Hi,
My name is Stephanie please call me Steph, I am the founder of beFITbeFAB and a kick ass health fitness wellness running coach. Based in NYC, 50% Brit 50% French 100% World Citizen, I have lived & traveled around the world my entire life. I grew up as a classical ballet dancer, snowboarder and track athlete. While I also got a Master's in Business & had a corporate career in media, as a passionate individual heavily involved in the sports, health & fitness industry, it was only natural that I would also pay forward what I learned, I have now been teaching & coaching for over 20 years.
I am certified in personal training, group fitness strength training, exercise rehabilitation therapy and running coaching. I also specialize in weight management & sports performance nutrition because I believe that food is one of the fundamentals of living, food nourishes our body and our soul. Food is medicine. But unless we change our perception of food and how we consume it we cannot draw all its benefits, hence the importance of mindset shifts.
My style of coaching is truly holistic as I incorporate mindset work to enable you to tap into your true potential, together we move because movement is lotion for the body and I love to share simple clean eating recipes that will fuel your energy supplies.
I am here to empower you to lead a healthier life, to stop dieting and stressing about your weight or size or shape but rather to teach you how to start eating clean, how to eat for energy, so you can move better, so you can become fitter and stronger both mentally and physically and overall be a happier version of you. No more deprivation, no more negative thoughts, no more pain, no more bloating, no more dieting or calorie counting.
