beFITbeFAB designs it's very own unique training style.

Whether you only have 10 minutes or want to reach a 120 minute enduro challenge our program will adapt to your schedule.

Our style relies on 3 core pillars:
  1. Mobility & Flexibility: warm up, loosen up, stretch out
  2. Strength & Power: switching your gears to burn and tone
  3. Restore & Refocus: we finish every session with a short relaxation and meditation moment to ensure the body and mind lock in all the goodness from the program
