JANUARY RESOLUTIONS DON'T WORK! We don't believe in them, neither should you and here is why:
By definition a resolution is perceived by the brain as forcing yourself to do something you either don't like doing or to force yourself to stop doing something "bad". In essence it is linked to a negative element in your subconscious.
What you truly need to work on if you are seeking positive results on your FIT and FAB journey is CHANGE and EVOLUTION or REVOLUTION.
Start by not beating yourself up, when was torture proved effective in obtaining results? That's right never.
Instead PRAISE yourself and:
Stop and refocus
Breathe in with the good out with the bad
Sugar & Alcohol: food for thought
